Coming from Northern Europe, one is impressed by the opportunities for ethno-archaeological research in Benin . Seeing dug-outs and flanged axes in use were just a few of the things which allowed some traveling in time but also demonstrated that people do have common cultural roots and a similar cognition despite different places of origin.
